RETURNS POLICY

Purchases from our online store

The product can be returned within 14 working days from the day of the withdrawal request, along with the receipt. The withdrawal request must be sent within 14 working days from the date of receipt or delivery.

It is noted that the responsibility and any costs incurred for transporting the product back to the store are borne by the buyer.

The product will be checked by the Technical Department of our company in a reasonable time, and if it meets the following criteria, you will be able to receive a refund for the value of your purchase.

Criteria:

– The original packaging includes all products and accessories

– The original packaging, product, and accessories have not been damaged or deformations *.

– The customer has the right to open the package carefully and manage the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature of the features and function of the product.

However, if during the inspection, it is found that any of the above criteria are not met, and that the product has been used by the customer to a point beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the product, then the customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product. How to cancel an online order

  • If you have chosen the Home Delivery or the Pick-up Courier Pick up Point, you can cancel your order before the product is handed to the delivery service. After the dispatch of the product, your order status will automatically update and you will no longer be able to cancel your order. You can of course, return the product you bought following our Returns Policy as described.
